ECB is a highly professional rigging, scaffolding & labour company that can trace its origins back to Blackadder Scaffolding services, operating in WA. ECB provides solutions in rigging, scaffolding & labour expertise for all large scale commercial and industrial projects, largely in SEQ.
ECB is a highly experienced company with a proven track record in the industry for over 20 years, employing between 30 – 50 employees depending on project requirements.
Safety is a priority with ECB and it’s staff. Approximately 1.5% of total revenue is spent on training and development. ECB also engage 1-3 trainees at any point in time as part of their development program.

The development features 4,100 square metres of new space plus 800 square metres of upgraded space. It includes an extended emergency department, a new Medical Assessment and Planning Unit (MAPU), a Mental Health emergency assessment area, helipad with elevator to ground level, and new radiation oncology bunkers for cancer treatment.
